  • Welcome to Miami!
    HOTEL & WINNER CHECK-IN
    Upon arrival, check in at the Hotel Front Desk. Immediately after, go to Winner Check-in at the Watson Island Conference Room on the 2nd Floor.

    In order to receive your hotel room keys you will need to provide a credit/debit card for incidental charges. See more here.
  • 5:45 PM – 8:00 PM
    SHUTTLE DEPARTURES
    Shuttles to South Beach & Billboard’s En Vivo Concert
    We will begin meeting in the hotel lobby starting at 5:45pm. If you would like to have dinner in South Beach, you may depart early to the M2 Miami venue and walk to nearby dining options. All shuttles arrive and depart to and from The Marriott & M2 Miami venue ONLY. The last shuttle to En Vivo departs The Marriott at 8:00pm, should you opt to dine closer to the hotel.

  • 9:00 PM – 12:00 AM Billboard’s En Vivo Concert Series at M2 Nightclub Miami

    Return Shuttles begin at 9PM, 10PM, 11PM & final shuttle to The Marriott is at the completion of the concert.
    Suggested Attire – Casual Club. Beverage tickets will be provided.

    Meet in the Hotel Lobby for an on time departure to Cerveceria La Tropical
  • 4:30 PM – 6:30 PM New York Lottery Sounds Grande Private Party & Reception

    In the heart of Miami’s Wynwood Arts District, Cerveceria La Tropical will host an unforgettable evening of entertainment, food and drinks.
  • 6:30 PM – 6:45 PM Shuttle departures to Billboard Latin Music Awards
  • 7:30 PM – 11:00 PM Billboard Latin Music Awards at the James L Knight Center

    All attendees must be seated by 7:30pm. Show starts at 8:00pm and concludes at 11:00pm. This is a LIVE broadcast! Shuttles will depart to The Marriott at the conclusion of the awards show.
    Suggested Attire – Cocktail Dressy, NO bag policy for the awards. Exceptions will be made for bags smaller than 10″ x 7″ x 2″. All bags are subject to inspection by the security team upon entry, NO photos or video allowed during broadcast

    Charge to your room and close your check by 11:00am to receive your daily credit.
  • Morning – 4:00 PM FREE TIME

    Enjoy the hotel amenities or surrounding attractions
  • 4:45 PM MEET IN MARRIOTT LOBBY

    We will walk in groups to tonight’s venue. It is a 5 minute walk to Casadonna.

    Anyone with ADA or mobility issues will be able to utilize a shuttle.
  • 5:00 PM – 7:00PM Sunset Send off at Casadonna

    A stunning harbor view and venue to enjoy on our last evening together. Food and drinks included. Return to the hotel at your leisure.

Zero Tolerance Policy
Billboard Latin Music Week, Alchemy3, and the New York Lottery are committed to providing an inclusive, safe, and respectful environment for all attendees of the Sounds Grande promotion. Alcohol will be offered at noted events. We ask that you and your guest please consume responsibly out of respect for the enjoyment of all winners and attendees. Any winner or guest who engages in behavior deemed to be unsafe or disruptive will be removed from the event and may be refused entry to future events. Should you have any concerns during your trip please connect with the Winner Services Support Team.

UPDATED Bag Policy
NO Bags are allowed into the Billboard Latin Music Awards. Exceptions will be made for bags smaller than 10″ x 7″ x 2″. All bags are subject to inspection by the security team upon entry. Bags that are not clear will be subject to additional search. The following items are prohibited for all shows: bags that are outside of our policy, weapons, alcohol, drugs, selfie sticks, lawn chairs, laser pointers, skates, animals, wallet chains, spiked jewelry/belts, banners, backpacks, flyers, beach balls, frisbees, fireworks, sparklers, video equipment laptops and tablets. Any item deemed dangerous by the venue General Manager or Law Officer. Recording equipment is prohibited at most shows, at the performer’s discretion.
