What do you do at Alchemy3?
I manage the Collect ‘N Win Customer Support Team, along with training, this includes handling escalations from multiple state callers and informing CSRS about upcoming promotions or updates that follow. When not working with Collect ‘N Win, I provide hands-on customer support to the Texas Lottery by advising winners on prize redemption, information, and any further details needed.
If you weren’t working at Alchemy3, what would you be doing?
My dream job would be to become an interior designer, but I realized my taste is a bit too nutty for that.
What motto do you live by?
If you tried and failed…Congratulations. Most people don’t even try. Always take it as a lesson learned and not a disappointment.
What do you like best about your job?
I like the feeling of accomplishment when I successfully help a player and they express their gratitude.
What time do you get up? And how many times do you hit the snooze button?
Although I’ve been a lifelong night owl, I wake up at 6:30 after hitting the snooze a couple of times…
How do you take your coffee?
With a splash of cream… I’ve tried drinking it black and could never get used to it.
When you aren’t working, what are you doing?
I am spending time with my family, discovering festivals or listening to music.
Tell us about your family.
My husband Carlos and I have been married for 33 years. We have four children, two boys and two girls: Andrew 32, Ryan 31, Sarah 30, and Samantha 26. Additionally, I have gained a beautiful daughter-in-law Xiomara, my eldest’s wife. Also, last but not least, my cat named Mama.
What show are you obsessed with right now?
I’m not much of a TV show watcher but I do love movies. I love the classic Universal Horror movies and 50’s/ 60’s mystery thrillers.
Do you have any hidden talents?
When I have the time, I am great at creating beautiful photo albums of my family with pictures taken over the years. I love sharing memories with others.
One snack we would find in your kitchen?
Cuban Crackers… if you haven’t tried them, I strongly recommend them.
What is your dream vacation?
Monte Carlo, because there is the beach, mountains, and the city. I would spend my vacation admiring the architecture and learning about history.
What is your go-to karaoke song?
The Chain by Fleetwood Mac.
